US names aircraft flying into Russia breaking export rules – includes Abramovic’s G650ER

The US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has published a list of commercial and private aircraft that have flown into Russia. It says that these may be in violation of the Export Administration Regulations(EAR).
