EU issues Belarus related sanctions to Belavia and Cham Wings Airlines

The European Union has issued sanctions against state-owned airline BELAVIA and Syrian carrier CHAM WINGS AIRLINES. It says they have both helped migrants fly to Belarus from the Middle East.
